Terms & Conditions

These terms govern all quotes, bookings, and travel services provided by Al Miqat Travels & Tour ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing a deposit or confirming a booking, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and everyone in your travel party.

1. Our role

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, ground operators, and visa services ("suppliers"). Your travel services are provided by those suppliers under their own terms, which also apply to your trip. We choose our suppliers carefully, but we do not own or operate them.

2. Quotes & pricing

• Quotes are free and carry no obligation.
• Package prices shown on this website are starting points, per person, based on double occupancy for land-only packages, and vary with travel season, hotel availability, and group size.
• A price is locked only when your booking is confirmed with a deposit. Until then, airfares and hotel rates may change with availability.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars.

3. Payments

Bookings are reserved with a deposit, with the balance due before departure according to the payment schedule in your booking confirmation. If final payment is not received by the due date, we may treat the booking as cancelled.

4. Changes & cancellations

• By you: change and cancellation fees depend on how close to departure you cancel and on supplier rules (airline tickets and visa fees are often non-refundable once issued). The exact schedule is stated in your booking confirmation before you pay.
• By suppliers: airlines and hotels occasionally change schedules or rooms. If this happens, we will arrange an equivalent or better alternative at no extra cost where possible.
• Travel insurance: we strongly recommend trip-cancellation and medical travel insurance for every traveler.

5. Passports, visas & health

• Each traveler is responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond the return date.
• We process Umrah visas as part of our packages, but visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We cannot guarantee approval and are not liable for refusals or delays by authorities.
• Travelers are responsible for meeting vaccination and health-entry requirements in effect at the time of travel. We provide a checklist with every booking.

6. Responsibility & liability

We are not liable for acts, errors, omissions, or delays of suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control — including weather, epidemics, government actions, or schedule changes imposed by authorities (force majeure). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.

7. Conduct during travel

Travelers agree to follow the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the reasonable directions of group leaders. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone whose conduct endangers the safety or wellbeing of the group, without refund for unused services.

8. Website content

We work hard to keep this website accurate, but itineraries, hotel details, and prices may change. Photographs are illustrative. Your booking confirmation is the authoritative description of your trip.
