Everything you need to know
Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about booking, visas, travel, and support — so you can plan with confidence. Still unsure? We're one call away.
Booking
How far in advance should I book my Umrah?
We recommend booking 6–8 weeks ahead for the best hotel availability and airfares. That said, we regularly arrange trips on shorter notice — call us and we'll do our best to accommodate your dates.
Do I need to pay the full amount upfront?
No. You reserve your package with a secure deposit, with the balance due before travel. We'll walk you through a clear payment schedule with no hidden fees.
Visa
Do you handle the Umrah visa?
Yes. Umrah visa processing is included in all of our packages. We guide you through the documents needed and submit everything on your behalf.
What documents do I need?
A U.S. passport valid for at least six months, passport photos, and proof of vaccinations where required. For each package we send a simple checklist so nothing is missed.
Travel
Do you offer flights from my city?
We book flights from every major U.S. gateway — New York, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and more — on trusted airlines. Land-only packages are also available if you prefer to arrange your own flights.
Are your packages suitable for families and elders?
Absolutely. Family care is at the heart of what we do. We choose hotels close to the Haram, arrange wheelchair assistance on request, and keep groups small and well-supported.
Support
What kind of support do I get during the trip?
You'll have a dedicated group leader on the ground and 24/7 access to our support team by phone and WhatsApp — in both U.S. and Saudi time zones.
Can you customize a private package for my group?
Yes. Private and group packages — for families, masjids, and community groups — are our specialty. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll build it around you.
